Welcome to YourNumber. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

1. Number Ownership and Assigned Numbers

All phone numbers provided through this service remain under our control and are not owned by you. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use an assigned number during your active subscription period. You may not port, transfer, sell, or otherwise move your assigned number to another carrier or service. Numbers provided through this service are temporary in nature. We reserve the right to replace or reassign numbers at any time, including for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your right to use the assigned number ends immediately. Numbers may have been previously assigned to other users before being allocated to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use this service.

3. Emergency Services

This service is not intended for use in emergency communications. The phone numbers provided through this service are not associated with any physical device, address, or location. You should never rely on this service to contact emergency services (such as 911) or to receive emergency alerts.

4. What This Service Does

This service provides temporary phone numbers that can receive incoming text messages, which you can view through an online portal. It is designed to help you reduce the need to share your personal phone number. Unless otherwise stated, the service supports incoming text messages only and does not support outbound text messaging, voice calling, or guaranteed message delivery.

5. Website and Service Acceptance

Not all websites, apps, or services will accept or recognize numbers provided through this service. Whether a third-party service accepts a number is determined solely by that third party, and we make no guarantee that any particular service will accept your assigned number. The inability to use your number with a specific service does not constitute a failure of this service and does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly.

7. Message Delivery and Availability

Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks. We do not guarantee that all messages will be delivered or that the service will be available without interruption. Delays, outages, or message failures may occur due to factors outside our control.

8. Message Storage and Retention

This service is not intended as a permanent archive for your messages. Messages may be deleted at any time, including upon cancellation, termination, or at our discretion. You are responsible for saving any information from messages that you wish to retain.

9. Optional Features

We may offer optional features, such as email forwarding, that complement the core service. These features may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

10. Billing and Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge you the applicable fees plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to renewal. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation takes effect. We reserve the right to modify pricing on a prospective basis, with notice provided to active subscribers.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in an automatic refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. Access to the service may be restricted or terminated upon cancellation.

Venue for any permitted court proceeding will be in Hall County, Georgia.
